Terms of Use

QuickHomeFix allows users to submit information about their home improvement projects to receive quotes and be connected with service professionals. When you submit a request, we collect your contact information (name, phone number, email address) and project details (address, service type, preferences).

By submitting a quote request, you authorize QuickHomeFix and up to four home improvement companies to contact you via phone calls, text messages, and emails to discuss your project. You understand that some may use auto-dialers, SMS messages, and artificial or prerecorded voice messages to contact you. There is no requirement to purchase services.

QuickHomeFix does not investigate, verify credentials, endorse, or guarantee the qualifications, services, or pricing of any partner or service provider. You assume all risk in selecting and engaging with any partner.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age.
2. You have the legal capacity to enter into and agree to these Terms.
3. All information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
4. You understand that QuickHomeFix does not investigate or endorse any partner or service provider.
5. You will not access the Services through unauthorized automated means.
6. You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
7. Your use of the Services will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We own or license all intellectual property in the Services, including software, designs, text, images, audio, video, graphics ("Content"), and our trademarks, service marks, and logos ("Marks").

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may use the Services only for their intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal activity or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other systems.
• Engage in any automated use of the system without our authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or connected networks.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person.
• Collect or harvest user information to send unsolicited communications.
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Services, except as permitted by law.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Services without our written permission.
• Use the Services to advertise without our prior written consent.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate any user, employee, or agent.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sharp Ads Inc, Growth Fusion, and our affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

We may update these Terms by changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Binding arbitration

Any dispute may be resolved by binding arbitration with one arbitrator, conducted in English. The seat of arbitration shall be New York, New York.

Class action waiver

Disputes must be brought in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

These Terms and policies posted on the Services are the entire agreement between you and us. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Any dispute must be commenced within one year after the cause of action arises.

By submitting your information, you expressly authorize QuickHomeFix and its partners to contact you via:

• Phone calls, including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial and prerecorded voice messages.
• Text messages (SMS), including messages sent using automated technology.
• Email communications.
